This is the southern of our two maps that cover the entire Stockholm archipelago. The map covers the entire area from Vaxholm and Möja in the north to Landsort in the south. In our Lake and coastal maps, we do the same thorough work with hiking trails as in our terrain maps, but the selection of sections is adapted to the archipelagos and larger water systems. We also try to supplement with information that is important for paddlers in particular. It can be ground and fairways, routes for archipelago traffic and other interesting services such as grocery stores, dry toilets and saunas or canoe lifts, fresh water and campsites along popular paddling trails. We have come to the conclusion that the best material for a map is Tyvek®. It is made of a synthetic fiber that makes the map completely insensitive to water and very tear-resistant. A Tyvek map will not tear in the folds or lose color when you use it.
