The Eider-Treene-Sorge cycle path takes you 190 kilometers through an impressive river landscape that is one of the last, largely undivided lowlands in Europe. The Dutch town of Friedrichstadt is the starting point of this round trip through the lonely country between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, where the scenic alternation of moors, forest, flat lakes, marshland and geest makes up the special charm of the region.
